My I 140 alone was applied on July12th as we did not know anything about the revision that time.
I did not recieve the receipt notice yet and I called USCIS and they dont have a record of my entry yet.
Mine was a labor substitution with my current company itself. My current company is a multi billion dollar US firm and they go by the rules, so I am not worried about my I 140 approval.
Since my I 140 was applied based on a labor subsitution, and if my I 140 receipt comes in August ( lets say august 10th), would I still be considered in the July bulletin ?

I just called them and checked the dish network site I do not see anything like that :confused:
For telugu audience I am aware of 2 such providers. telugumagictv and reliableiptv. I have not tried either. I would have tried them if they had both Hindi and Telugu channels. Does anyone know of an IPTV provider who has both Hindi and Telugu channels. One more thing, the above mentioned 2 provide the STB that can also act as a media player to play all kinds of media from your external USB drive. But I already have WDTV at home.

Try to talk to someone in spain consultate or someone who knows spain visa rules.
For example a person on h4 visa in US cannot work, so it depends on what visa type you are going to be going for in Spain and does that visa type allow you to work.
If it allows you to work, then you can do telecommute and work and make money.
So the country of residence and your visa type dictates the same.
This forum has lot of folks who work in US/Canada, but not many from spain, i would try googling for some other forums or contact the spain consulate for help.

So i had this idea for doing long daylight exposures; I bought two linear polarizers and stacked them on my 20-35mm. When you cross the polarizers, it will almost completely black out the lens. Now I can do a shot like the one below, 20s exposure, 35mm, ISO 50, f/22. This technique gave me the fog effect from tidepool waves that I was looking for, but there have to be more applications of long exposure/bright light photography that I haven't thought of yet. Any suggestions on what else I can use this for?

I have filed I485 on July 2nd. It was reached on July 2nd at NSC at 7.00 AM sign by R. Williams.
Today I received my entire application back with "REJECTED" status.
On Reject notice it has mentioned as below:

I agree that recapture is a big issue, but background check is also another issue that affects many IV members.
It just does not matter if wheter one is a paying member or non paying member, i am sure that there are paying members who are also having same issue.
As a start IV should get a count of members who are in the background check doloop.

I read about the problem in this thread and immediatly called all our friends and signed up for the drive. We went in a group of 25 people and signed up. I filed my I485 mid 2003. I missed the boat end of 2004, some where in 2005 and then in 2007 when my dates were current. My pd is in 2002. People who filed with me have been approved and they are ready for citizenship next year :mad:, while I got my 6th EAD approved
You mean all these years you were stuck in name check or something ? Are you EB3 India ? 6th EAD is too many EADs to believe....wish you get your GC soon.
